Refund and Returns Policy
​At RICHARD NOEL | RN, every garment is a labor of “Exotic Sophistication,” handcrafted with precision. Because our pieces are artisan-made and often feature limited-edition Caribbean prints, we adhere to a strict return and adjustment policy to protect the integrity of our craft.

​1. Ready-to-Wear (Stocked Items)
​For items purchased via our website that are part of our standard stocked collections:

  • ​Notification: You must email orders@richardnoelofficial.com within 7 days of delivery to authorize a return.
  • ​Return Deadline: Items must reach us within 14 days of original delivery.
  • ​Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • ​Logistics: All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

​2. Made-to-Order & Custom Adjustments
​Each Made-to-Order piece is handcrafted specifically for you. These items are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or full replacements, as the labor and materials are unique to your order.

​If there is a construction fault, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. The resolution process is as follows:

  • ​Local (Trinidad & Tobago): * Resolution: Complimentary fit adjustment or repair at our studio.
  • ​Logistics: Client is responsible for drop-off at Poshh Collections, Grand Bazaar or shipping via TT Post.
  • ​Regional (CARICOM):
  • ​Resolution: We offer a Repair Service only. We do not replace the garment.
  • ​Logistics: The client is responsible for shipping the item back to our T&T studio at their own expense and covering the return shipping cost for the repaired item.
  • ​International:
  • ​Resolution: Due to the high cost of international logistics, we offer a Professional Alteration Credit.
  • ​Process: If a minor adjustment is needed, provide a quote from a local professional tailor. Upon approval, we will provide a partial credit to cover the repair. We will not hand-make a second garment for the same order.

​3. Local Drop-Off Point (T&T Only)
​To assist our local clientele, authorized returns or items for adjustment may be dropped off at Poshh Collections, Grand Bazaar.

  • ​Items must be in a sealed bag.
  • ​Must be clearly labeled with your Full Name and Order Number.
  • ​Note: This is a drop-off point only; staff at Poshh Collections cannot authorize returns or issue refunds.

​4. Non-Returnable Items
​For hygiene and the nature of handcrafted luxury, the following are Final Sale:

  • ​Swimwear (once the hygiene seal is broken).
  • ​All Custom-sized or Bespoke commissions.
  • ​Sale/Promotional items.

​5. Shipping & Logistics

  • ​Fees: Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • ​Responsibility: Richard Noel | RN is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or repairs.
  • ​Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable service. Richard Noel | RN is not responsible for items lost in transit.
